Ginger Monkey Ltd was formed in 2004 through the merger of Fitt IT Ltd and PC Associates. This formalised the working relationship that had developed between the two companies since the late 1990s.

What's with the name?

Everyone asks! The short version: although all old clients came through to the new business, the founding directors believed it important to create a new identity. After many months of testing various names, all of which were discarded, 'Ginger Monkey' was suggested, based on the nicknames of Sean's two young children. 48 hours later nobody hated it, and it stuck.
